Can I buy in Miniaturama if I do not have a store?

No. Miniaturama only sells to physical stores or online stores. You must also have the corresponding IAE section to access our catalog. In the case of online stores, they must have the product available on their website previously.

How can I access Miniaturama?

You must first register as a new client through the START SESSION button at the top of the web. Then, write us through the form on our website to request the documentation. If you meet the necessary conditions, we will register you and validate your profile so you can place orders.

Are the Miniature prices shown with VAT included?

No. All prices on our website are shown without VAT. Inside the shopping cart you will see the VAT itemized, as well as in your finalized order.

How can I pay for the orders?

You have several payment modes to choose from according to your preferences:

How long does it take for an order to arrive at my store?

Normally since we received the payment, in 72 hours you will have the material in your store, but due to products that do not have stock or faults of the suppliers, this time may be extended.

How can I claim an order that has gone wrong?

First, we are very sorry if for some reason your order has not arrived as you expected. To solve it, write to us through our contact form.

If I can buy a product, do you mean that you have it in stock?

Normally yes, but there may be incidents, such as that we detect that the product is not suitable to be sent, that there is a stock error, etc.

If my order contains products in Pre-order, will you make two shipments?

If in the order placed there are products in pre-order (products that have not yet been released for sale), the order will not be sent until the pre-ordered products are available for sale. Two shipments will not be made. If you wish, you can cancel the products in pre-order at any time so that the rest of the order can be sent in the usual way.

If I already have an order made but it has not yet been sent, can I make another order to go out together?

I'm afraid not, orders generate delivery notes and start up, each order gives rise to a delivery note and will generate shipping costs, invoice, etc. Make sure you ask for everything you need before finalizing the order.
